Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we appreciate your business, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts (14) days. If (14) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@cigarsbay.com and send your item to:

Return Process

To return an item, please email us at info@cigarsbay.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:
